Payment Terms:
According to our export regulations, we are not allowed to withdrawmanage any order without receiving payment for it. We must present
the Advance Payment Certificate (APC) at the customs office at the time of delivery. The bank issuing the APC does so only after
receiving payment in our favor. Payment can be made by bank transfers, such as SWIFT bank transfer, money order, demand project, or
by opening an irrevocable letter of credit (LC).
We remind our valued customers that all bank fees required for money transfers must be paid by customers.

Shipping Policy:
We offer different terms for shipment i.e. air, land and ship and prices depend on the average vehicle. Modes
Shipment depends on the wishes of customers and must be completed by customers.
Bulk orders will be shipped by air freight (air cargo, airport-to-airport services) at the request of customers.
The customer can track their own shipping status online from anywhere at any time by entering the tracking number
website of the relevant shipping companies.

Shipping: Express/Sea Freight/Air Freight
All rates quoted (unless otherwise stated) are FOB (Kathmandu) price; which includes all the necessary documentation costs,
customs fees, taxes, fees, packing fees, and local transportation fees within Nepal. However, this does not
include any shipping, handling and insurance costs.
